LEOPARD RIDGE
Leopard Ridge is a unique hunting concession, located along the Bushman's River. The River is not tidal, but fresh, and has pools of water. The vegetation is typical of the Eastern Cape coastal bush. It comprises of thick coastal bush an open grass savannah. The topography ranges from open grass plains, to mountains and valleys covered with thick bush. Steep cliffs form a horse shoe around a large open grass plain.

The diverse vegetation is able to accommodate many species of animals. The main species found in these thickets are the majestic bushbuck ram. There are large numbers of these truly shy, magnificent animals. A true species of the Eastern Cape coastal bush. The large plains are home to blesbuck, red hartebeest and black wildebeest. The browsers like kudu, impala, waterbuck and bushbuck are found in the thicker bush. A few giraffe roam the property adding an angelic touch.


Leopard Ridge offers the hunter great opportunities, as there are many natural recourses to assist with walking and stalking.

Bontebok roam the area - one of the rarest antelope in the world.
