On 22nd June Steve and his son Dave took time out from the World Cup to enjoy a days hunting with Eastcape & Karoo Safaris. Having only 1 day to spare it was to be an action packed day.

Hunting in some bad weather we were lucky to get this magnificent bushbuck ram. Steve made a great shot right behing the shoulder. Excellent for a man that doesn't hunt much !!!!

Dave was next. We made an excellent approach on this impala ram. This impala went down at 200 yards. Shot perfectly on the shoulder - and these boys say they have never hunted before ??????Well done Dave.

We were just about to call it a day when we spotted this springbuck ram feeding. After a quick approach Dave again made a perfect shot on the shoulder.
