Ari & Sophie Montgelas from Switzerland arrived today at 11 am. We escorted them to Vaalkrans Lodge and we were unpacked and ready to go out by 3pm. After firing a few sighters at the shooting range Ari & Sophie were keen to get going. Two hours later Sophie had shot a beautiful bushbuck ram.

An awesome first day !

On the second day, Ari bagged this HUGE gemsbuck. What a shot at 230 yards. Well done Ari !

Day 3 - Ari shot this beautiful springbuck ram.

On the back of the cruiser - scouting for more game.

Late afternoon we stumbled upon this monster of an eland. Sophie downed this big animal after a short stalk. We got to within 60 yards.

Day 4 - early morning in a light drizzle. Ari shot this impala ram behing the shoulder - what a shot !

From the first day - Ari mentioned that he wanted to shoot a kudu bull. After many getting away - we finally got this huge animal.

A truly memorable safari so far ! Ari & Sophie have shot exceptional animals.

 The last animal. Sophie was so taken by the beauty and grace of the impala - they decided to take another one.
