Friedhelm joined Eastcape & Safaris on Safari in April 2018.
A well travelled and educated hunter. Friedhelm has hunted in all parts of the world, with set objectives and targets.
This safari was no different with the emphasis being on Cape Greysbuck and Oribi. Two difficult trophies. We managed to hunt a very old Oribi ram on the first day, and thought we were in for a lucky safari!! Little did we know what lay ahead………………… Three long nights driving in rugged terrain, spotlighting for the illusive Cape Greysbuck!! We finally managed to hunt a Greysbuck and were fortunately due to Friedhelms quick and accurate shooting!! This was the completion of his ‘Tiny 10’!! A great achievement, well done Friedhelm!!
We also managed to hunt a good black springbuck, bat eared fox and bush pig during the safari. Well done!
It was good to meet and hunt with you, and look forward to meeting again in the future!!
